Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for any reason. We only accept returns on unworn and unwashed items. Please visit wearwojo.loopreturns.com to request a return. Returns are free when you use Checkout+. We do charge a small $10 USD restocking fee on returns if you do not use Checkout+ when submitting your order. This is to cover the shipping label cost back to us as well as the labor involved in processing a return. A happy shipping team is a fast shipping team!
If your order hasn’t been delivered yet and you already know you’ll need to return it (for example, if you accidentally ordered the wrong item and it already shipped), you can refuse the package at the time of delivery. This will automatically send it back to us at no cost to you. Once the tracking status shows “Return to Sender”, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Just be sure to use our Contact Form to let us know you refused delivery and need a refund.
Shipping Policy
Wojo is a growing small business, and fulfillment timelines may vary depending on demand for each release.
It is strongly recommended to read the product description for every item before purchasing, as estimated shipping timelines are listed there and may differ by product.
In most cases, all items within an order are shipped together. Exceptions may be made for significantly delayed items, where partial shipments may be issued to avoid extended wait times.
Premade items typically ship within 1–3 weeks
Pre-order items require 6–8 weeks before they are ready to ship.

International Orders
For international orders, it is crucial that you monitor your tracking link once your parcel reaches your country to avoid missing the delivery, which could result in the package being returned to sender. If a delivery is missed and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs again. We are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that come with your order, please consider this when purchasing and in very rare cases, allow for an additional 1-4 weeks if customs has delays with clearing your order. If your order seems to be held up at customs, please visit your countries local post office website and input the tracking number, there may be customs fees due on the package.
Size Exchanges and Shipping Address Changes
Size exchanges and shipping address changes can be made 24 hours after an order is placed. After 24 hours your order will be shipped and we are unable to change your size or shipping address. This means if you order the incorrect size we are unable to accept returns once the order is shipped, so please refer to the size charts in the product images/description to ensure your desired fit. Damaged or Defective Items
If your items arrive damaged or defective, WEAR WOJO LLC will issue a full refund. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged or defective item to initiate the refund process.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Package Protection and free returns are only included when Checkout+ is selected at checkout. If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit must be handled directly with the shipping carrier used for your order.
How to file a claim (Checkout+ required):
