When will my order ship?

Premade items typically ship within 1–3 weeks

Pre-order items require 6–8 weeks before they are ready to ship

Check each product description before purchasing for specific shipping timelines. 

Orders containing both premade and preorder items typically ship together, but may be split if significant delays occur.

Where can I track my order?

Once our shipping team in Florida sends out your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. 

If you believe your order has been shipped and you have still not recieved tracking information, please email info@wearwojo.com with your order number and full shipping address so we can track it down.

*Please note that for preorder items, orders will ship 6-8 weeks after the order is placed.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for any reason. We only accept returns on unworn and unwashed items. Please visit wearwojo.loopreturns.com to request a return. Returns, exchanges, and store credit are processed through our Loop Returns portal. We do charge a small restocking fee on returns, which is to cover the cost of the shipping label back to us.

If your order hasn’t been delivered yet and you already know you’ll need to return it (for example, if you accidentally ordered the wrong item and it already shipped), you can refuse the package at the time of delivery. This will automatically send it back to us at no cost to you. Once the tracking status shows “Return to Sender”, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Just be sure to use our Contact Form to let us know you refused delivery and need a refund.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries, however there are a few we have to exclude.

We ship out of the United States, so delivery may take 10-20 days once your order is shipped. If your order takes longer than 20 days to arrive please email us at info@wearwojo.com

*Please monitor your tracking number closesly to avoid your package being returned to us. Additionally, we are not responsible for any import duties & fees, if applicable.
