Where can I track my order?

Once our shipping team in Florida sends out your order, an email will be sent to you with the tracking information. 

If 72 hours have passed after ordering and you have still not recieved tracking information, please email info@wearwojo.com with your order number and full shipping address so we can track it down.

*Please note that for preorder items, orders will ship 6-8 weeks after the order is placed.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, for any reason. We only accept returns on unworn and unwashed items. Please visit account.wearwojo.com to request a return. We do charge a small restocking fee on returns, which is to cover the cost of the shipping label back to us.

If your order hasn’t been delivered yet and you already know you’ll need to return it (for example, if you accidentally ordered the wrong item and it already shipped), you can refuse the package at the time of delivery. This will automatically send it back to us at no cost to you.Once the tracking status shows “Return to Sender”, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Just be sure to use our Contact Form to let us know you refused delivery and need a refund.

What is your shipping policy?

For premade items:

Premade items will ship in 48 hours. Due to this fast shipping window, any changes to your order such as a new shipping address must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. If you need to change your shipping address, size of your item, or anything else about your order, please email info@wearwojo.com within the 24 hour window.

For preorder items:

Preorders are opened on certain items when our premade inventory sells out too fast, to allow for an equal chance of everyone getting the swag they deserve.

Preorder items will ship 6-8 weeks after production starts. For an update on which stage of production your preorder is in, please email us your order info at info@wearwojo.com

For orders containing both premade and preorder items:

If your order contains both a premade and preorder item, it will ship once the preorder item finishes production and arrives at our shipping warehouse in Florida. This is to avoid a double shipping charge.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to most countries, however there are a few we have to exclude.

We ship out of the United States, so delivery may take 10-20 days once your order is shipped. If your order takes longer than 20 days to arrive please email us at info@wearwojo.com

*Please monitor your tracking number closesly to avoid your package being returned to us. Additionally, we are not responsible for any import duties & fees, if applicable.
